The girls in Tjejhuset

Book release ”THE GIRLS at Tjejhuset” An anthology by and about 10-12 years old girls in Södertälje, ”THE GIRLS at Tjejhuset” is a collaborative project between Tjejhuset youth community center, girls in the municipality of Södertälje, and PhD candidate Miro Sazdic. The project is aimed at exploring (co-)authorship, co-)ownership and what constitutes a history book. The book gives young girls a voice and tells their story. The book project at "The girls at Tjejhuset" has been going on for two years and is part of Miro Sazdic Löwstedt interesting research. I have illustrate portraits of the 24 girls, and now the book is finally finished!
